Why do i get the message, "XXX.", whenever i attempt to subscribe to a membership plan?
When a member with an active automatic payment method attempts to purchase the same membership again, the system denies attempt and displays above message since member is already subscribed and subscription payment is already being handled automatically.
When a member with an active manual payment method membership attempts to purchase the same membership again the system treats it as a renewal since subscription payment is individually initiated. With the Basic/FREE membership, the system will generally block any attempt to purchase it again since it never expires and thus cannot be renewed.
What is manual payment method?
This is subscription payment that is made individually by member using either card, bank transfer or USSD at the end of every billing cycle.
What is automatic payment method?
This is subscription payment made only via card at the end of every billing cycle. It is done once by member but automatically handled by the payment gateway (Paystack) at the end of a billing cycle.

How does the upgrade and downgrade work?
What if I upgrade or downgrade to a non-Corporate Plan?
If a member upgrades or downgrades to a plan that is not a corporate plan, the member looses its parent status and children/sub-accounts. In otherwords, the sub-accounts become orphaned as the former parent account now possesses the rights and privileges of current plan. The sub-accounts would have to register again and subscribe to a new plan to continue with the system.
