About the Role
Okafor Law & Co. is looking for a tenacious, perceptive Corporate Associate Attorney (3–5 years experience) to join our growing transactional team. You will work closely with senior partners to manage diverse corporate transactions, providing high-level support for our clients in tech and healthcare.

Responsibilities
Transactional Support: Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, including mergers & acquisitions, vendor agreements and NDAs.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence for corporate transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Advisory: Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation and operational legal matters.
Case Management: Maintain, update, and manage case files and databases to ensure high-quality, compliant legal support.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to strategise on complex legal issues, demonstrating ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Accredited Law degree.
Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Anambra.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven corporate law experience, preferably in a fast-paced firm environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting complex agreements and conducting legal research.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
